  • Premium customers receive a business email account with 5GB of storage space.
  • In addition, premium customers get a business website that ZenBusiness will setup.

Customer Service and Support

ZenBusiness made significant changes to their customer services support and they went from being arguably the least accessible in the industry to being pretty impressive.

ZenBusiness offers phone, email, and chat support Monday – Friday between 8am-8pm Central Time and on Sundays from 10am-7pm Central Time. All of which are very helpful.

Customer reviews in regard to customer service and support are mainly positive and customer rave about their rapid turnaround times and helpfulness.

Customers also love that ZenBusiness isn’t too pushy with their upsells.

While they do try to upsell you (like most of these services do), they are tasteful and don’t try to force you to sign up.

Ease of Use

Another strong suit of ZenBusiness is their ease of use.

The process is intuitive, user friendly, and they have customer service representatives there to help you should you get stuck along the way.

Refund Policy

ZenBusiness will only grant you a refund if you request one before funds are sent to your formation state.

However if you decide to cancel before that happens, their services are 100% refundable minus any expenses that were incurred during the formation process.
